With it's wide hallways and high ceilings l'oreneta is spacious and airy with light streaming in from the large windows.
On the ground floor there is a large dining room leading to kitchen, 2 reception rooms (lounge and games room). On the first floor there are 3 very large doubles and a room that is currenly being used as a reading/reception room but could be used as a 6th bedroom leading to a family bathroom, on this floor there is also a separate shower room with toilet.On the top floor there are another two double bedrooms, another large room that could be converted to a bathroom or bedroom and a huge undeveloped roof barn.
The house is full of original features; large open fireplaces, decorative tiles, grand double doors - in the roof barn there are stone walls and wooden beams.
The house has a large sunny courtyard with outbuildings and toilet, in addition there is a raised sun terrace - perfect for sunbathing or a sundowner as you watch the sunset!
L'oreneta is perfect for two, three or even four families comfortably sharing but still feels cosy when it's just two of you.
